Repeats detection
FORRepeats: a linear time and space method for repeats detection on entire genomes and between genomes.
Advantages:
* Very fast and space economical (1 second and 10Mb for a 1Mb sequence);
* Very easy to implement.

Data compression
Compror 2.1: an experimental data compression method, developed under and for linux.
Xorc 1.0: graphical version of Compror.
Developed with Tk/Perl, easy to install (follow the instructions of the README file),
it allows you to use Compror,
renamed orc (oracle compression).
It creates .orc files and uncompresses your .orc files.
